Wildwood NJ Tides

Wildwood has a great beach!

   When the is tide out there is aprox. 300 to 600 ft. of smooth hard pack sand, perfect for Buggying or Boarding. There is usually enough hard pack from 3 hrs before low tide to 3 1/2 hrs after low tide to have fun.
   If you have Bigfoot tires and enough wind you can buggy anytime on the soft sand.
   This year the majority of the wind seems to be NW which blows straight off shore. It's always gusty but allows you to ride the whole length of the beach.
    Once in awhile you get a steady SE wind from the ocean which is pure paradise.

Motel

     If you are looking for a motel for a visit other than the WBB check out the
         Apollo Motel.
     It's in the Crest right on the beach. Great rates, but very basic.
     They are open May 1st to October 8th.

If you are looking for place to stay during the off season/winter
check out the Days Inn Suites Wildwood NJ.
Nice clean place with good rates.
